The Mountaintop Experience

The Mountaintop aspires to be an inter-denominational,

multi-cultural Christian youth camp devoted to loving

young people while encouraging them to seek a personal

relationship with Jesus Christ or to go deeper in their

relationship with Him.

Who We Are

The Mountaintop Camp (formerly known as Discovery

Weekend) is a 3-day weekend camp experience held at

the beautiful Woodland Christian Camp in Temple, Georgia.

The Mountaintop is a charted youth camp of Generations

Ministries, a sponsored ministry of Grace Communion

International (GCI).

Woodland's Heritage

Woodland was established in 1969 as a non-profit

ministry of Christian Camping.  The legacy of Woodland's

leaders cast a vision of excellence in facilities and

programming.  From that beginning, Woodland has grown

into a multifaceted ministry, four camps on one 120 acre

site, a challenge ropes course and a popular retreat location

for many different types of groups.  Over 10,000 people a

year enjoy the unique facilities of Woodland.
